Technical assistance
It aims at supporting Public Administration in the implementation of development programmes, especially those co-funded by EU Funds. The main assistance tasks related to Technical assistance are:

monitoring the financial, physical and procedural aspects of the implementation process;

analysing and designing procedural aspects and ensuring efficient program management;

informing and providing direct aid to the final beneficiaries of the Program;

reporting the status of implementation.
