Our approach to Methodology:

Sagittea experts have developed their own original methodology for the financial and economic evaluation of public investment and development projects and programmes. They provided methodological assistance to a number of clients (DG Regional Policy of the European Commission, Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs), for example by drafting evaluation guidelines (http://europa.eu.int/comm/regional_policy/sources/docgener/guides/cost/guide02_en.pdf).
